[/color] is the gang that has taken East Chicago for their own. They are the nowhere kids and lost souls of Chicago, trying to make it by and live their lives.

The Rebellion rules over West Chicago with a wake of terror in the path. The rough, the tumble, the dangerous, and the ones with a really bad reputations.

There are those who are trying to bring the gangs down from the inside, risking their lives to uncover things to build a strong case against them, but they run the risk of falling right into what they are trying to stop. Being undercover is a lot of work and risk, but some brave souls can do it. Then there are those who have absolutely nothing to do with either one of the gangs, they are non-affiliated and they are victims of circumstance when gang activity reaches high levels.
