Life in North Haven seems quaint and peaceful on the surface. But
everything is not always as it seems, for this quite Maine town. With
so many teenagers on the verge of graduating from High School and
moving on to college, or work, everyone's lives seem to be chaotic.
But the students are dealing with more then they let on-- it's not just
worries about their futures that they have to think about. Some of their
main concerns have nothing to do with school at all-- drug problems,
alcoholism... kids these days seem to have a lot more on their plates
then they used too. And not only do they have to worry about the potential
of their lives crashing down around them, but about their secrets getting out.
And it's not just the students who have to worry about their problems--
sometimes it's even those people who have already graduated and gone on
to supposedly better things, if they were about to manage it. Because like it
or not, even in a small town like North Haven, you can't hide from backstabbers,
drunks, and drug-pushers. You just have to figure out a way to survive
the madness and cause as little causalities as possible along the way.
If you can. Most people don't notice the details in the fabric. They don't
take the time or they don't care, and usually when they do start caring
it's already too late. A lot of people in North Haven have bright futures
ahead of them right now. Whether they'll fizzle or shine is all up to you.
so make you're choices and live your life, and don't over look the little details.
